1. What are the shipping times?

We process all orders within 2 business days.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

• United States: 7–12 business days

• International Orders: 10–18 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly due to holidays, customs processing, or high demand periods.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another email when it has been shipped.

 

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

This email will include:

• Your tracking number

• A tracking link

• Step-by-step instructions on how to track your package

Simply follow the instructions in the email to see real-time updates on your delivery status.

If you do not receive the tracking email within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
